CSI: Miami – Season 9 – Sweeps Episode Details

CSI: Miami is welcoming some psychic friends for a special sweeps episode. On November 7, Southland’s Shawn Hatosy guest stars as a murder suspect with no recollection of how he ended up in the proximity of a dead body. To verify his story, CSI Natalia Boa Vista (Eva La Rue) goes undercover and investigates a suspicious psychic, played by Beth Littleford (The Hard Times of RJ Berger). “She’s drugged him, but I don’t believe the drug story,” says La Rue. “So I go under cover and she drugs me.”

“The best part of the show is when people come on that you’re a fan of and you get to do scenes with them. I’m such a huge Beth Littleford fan,” says Jonathan Togo, who plays Det. Ryan Wolfe. “We did a scene where she rubs my face erotically. There are 10 takes of her caressing my face and reading my aura. It was really funny.”

As for the guest star with a capital G, Lady Gaga’s rumored turn on the show is still up in the air. “We heard that rumor at the end of last year, and I thought she might have been on the first few episodes this year, but maybe her schedule didn’t open up,” La Rue says. But if it were to happen, the cast is ready to welcome the songstress with open arms. “She brings a lot of creative energy and she’s a force so it would be very interesting to see her folded into what we’re doing,” says series star David Caruso. “She’s all about creating characters, and she’s created a media persona that’s got the attention of the world, and hopefully we can describe CSI: Miami like that as well. The marriage of those efforts could be really interesting.”

SPOILER-ISH AHEAD!!

The episode begins at a sugar refinery where Donna’s apron gets caught in a milling machine, bringing her closer and closer to the milling’s teeth. Her friend Bobby attempts to release her from machine, but isn’t successful. More employees hurry over to help until Donna is finally free from the machine.

Just as soon as Donna thinks she’s safe, the workers hear another noise coming from the mill. Suddenly, a rolling ball of fire starts cascading towards them. As the workers run for their lives one worker falls to the ground, crawling for dear life. Horatio and Eric appear to help the man to safety.

Eduardo Santana is unfortunately killed. He’s completely charred.

An illegal immigrant knows something about the case, and Horatio lies to I.C.E (Immigration and Customs Enforcement) about Isabelle so he can get all the information from the woman. At the end of the episode there’s a nice scene between H and Isabelle.

I see Tom, Calleigh, Horatio, Tripp, Walter, Natalia, Eric and Ryan all mentioned and appearing.

CSI: Miami – Episode 9.04 – Manhunt – Snippets

SPOILER-ISH AHEAD!!

This episode brings back an old nemesis of Horatio and Eric’s. Meemo Fierro, the man who shot and killed Marisol has escaped from prison. Memmo steals a boat in the marina and beaches it near an area where his girlfriend lives. At first it seems he is just fleeing but Memmo contacts Horatio and says he has a score settle.

Turns out Memmo is not only looking for revenge against Horatio and Eric for putting him away but also for his daughter who has been taken away from her biological mother b/c of either neglect or harm and he is paving a path of destruction in order to do it….killing the case worker who placed his daughter with a foster family as well as a young couple who happened to have the means for him to escape.

However when Memmo does get to see her daughter he is quick to say hello and then leave with a hostage in tow, telling Horatio and Eric that he has somewhere he has to be b/c he needs to do something…..but no one seems to know what.
